This website is intended for lawful research-related purchasers. It is not directed at personal, household, or general consumer use.
Open checkout availability does not mean that every submitted request will be accepted. Allostasis Labs may review requests for compliance purposes and may refuse or cancel requests at its sole discretion.

All products are supplied strictly for research use only. Products are not offered for personal, household, consumer, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or athletic use.
No product supplied through this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, scientific, pharmaceutical, therapeutic, regulatory, customs, tax, import, or legal advice.
The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and lawful for the buyer’s own intended research use.
Submitting an order request through the website does not automatically create a binding contract.
An order becomes binding only after full payment has been received and accepted by Allostasis Labs.
Allostasis Labs reserves the right to refuse, reject, suspend, limit, or cancel any request at any time before dispatch, and to refund payment where appropriate, including where the request appears inconsistent with these Terms, the Research Use Only Notice, internal risk controls, legal obligations, or operational constraints.
All prices on the website are stated in EUR and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods are:
Payment must be received in full before shipment.
Allostasis Labs may reject or reverse an order where payment cannot be verified, where compliance concerns arise, or where payment processor restrictions apply.
Where payment is made in cryptocurrency, refunds are not guaranteed to be made in the same asset or same nominal amount due to exchange-rate movement, processor limitations, blockchain fees, volatility, or compliance requirements. Any approved refund may be made using a reasonable equivalent method or value determined by Allostasis Labs.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring correct payment details, correct network selection, and complete payment amount where cryptocurrency is used. Allostasis Labs is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet details, incorrect network selection, failed confirmations, or processor-related delays outside its control.
Allostasis Labs ships to the EU and the US.
Any dispatch or delivery estimate is indicative only and not guaranteed.
Risk associated with legality of import, customs clearance, local restrictions, licensing requirements, duties, taxes, seizures, holds, destruction, or refusal of entry lies solely with the buyer.

Allostasis Labs is not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, refused, seized, destroyed, or otherwise affected by customs authorities, carriers, sanctions screening, payment compliance checks, or local law.
Title to products shall not pass until full payment has been received.
Risk in the shipment passes to the buyer, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Because the website and products are intended solely for lawful research-related purchasing and not for personal consumer use, no contractual right of withdrawal is offered.
However, where mandatory law grants non-waivable consumer rights in a specific case, those rights apply only to the minimum extent required by law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
All sales are final. No voluntary returns are accepted.
Products are supplied sealed. Returned materials cannot be accepted once dispatched, except where required by mandatory law or where Allostasis Labs expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact support@allostasislabs.com within 7 days of delivery.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, all products and website content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranty, representation, or guarantee, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, research outcome, compatibility, availability, uninterrupted access, legal status in a given jurisdiction, or absence of third-party restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allostasis Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of research time, loss caused by delay, customs action, seizure, refusal, unlawful use, misuse, improper storage, incorrect handling, regulatory action, or any third-party act or omission.
Any liability of Allostasis Labs, to the extent it cannot be excluded, shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allostasis Labs, the business owner, and service providers involved in fulfilment from and against claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Allostasis Labs shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier issues, cyber incidents, sanctions checks, payment processor action, supply disruption, governmental action, regulatory change, war, strike, force majeure events, or technical outages.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Allostasis Labs to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of any right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
