We do not accept voluntary returns.

Complaints

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@allostasislabs.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order reference and supporting evidence such as photographs.

Allostasis Labs will review the issue and determine any resolution at its sole discretion, subject always to mandatory law.

No complaint will be accepted for products used, opened, mishandled, stored improperly, imported unlawfully, or otherwise dealt with contrary to the Research Use Only Notice or the Terms and Conditions.
