If a parcel is returned due to import restrictions, failed customs clearance, refusal by the recipient, incorrect delivery information, sanctions screening, or carrier non-delivery, Allostasis Labs is not obliged to refund shipping costs and may refuse refund entirely where the request violated these Terms or the Research Use Only Notice.
